I just read this post on mashable. It deals with how Twitter can actually become dangerous for your in times where social media is ubiquitous. Especially, if your subjects are hot topics in the social media world.
But more importantly, the articles gives very interesting hints of how to actually turn the game and use Twitter for your own goals and communications. And it’s interesting to see just another front where online social media directly meets real world social interactions. Something we will see more and more in the future – not just in the context of presentations. Such backchannels can come to live for anybody communicating in public. Social media monitoring will become quite key to anything communication, PR, etc….
